While we might still be celebrating the Springboks' World Cup victory, it doesn't mean the celebration of women's sport slows down on SuperSport!

Here are the highlights to look forward to in November 2023:

TENNIS - the final countdown

The Mexican city of Cancun will host the 2023 season-ending WTA Finals from October 29 to November 5. The prestigious year-end finale features the Top 8 singles players and doubles teams. Defending champion Caroline Garcia is expected to return for her title defence. The 30-year-old Frenchwoman held off Aryna Sabalenka 7-6(4), 6-4 to win the biggest title of her career in last year’s final in Texas.

GOLF - LPGA 

The season is winding down for the world's top women golfers too, culminating in the Tour Championship.

France's Celine Boutier, with four wins already including the Evian Championship, leads the Race to CME Globe standings, with Lilia Vu, Ruoning Yin and Hyo Joo Kim in hot pursuit. Ashleigh Buhai is the leading South African in 18th place, with the Top 60 going through to the Tour Championship.

November 2-5: Toto Japan Classic
November 9-12: The ANNIKA
November 16-19: CME Group Tour Championship

FOOTBALL - Women's Super League

WSL table-toppers Man City will be away to Arsenal in the first weekend of the month (5 November). The match will be live on SuperSport Variety 1 (VR1) and SuperSport Variety 1 Africa (VR1A). That will be the first fixture of the day scheduled for 14:30pm CAT.

Then Brighton host Man Utd in the last fixture of the day at 8:40pm CAT live on SuperSport Football Plus Africa (FTPA) and SuperSport Football Plus Nigeria (FTPN).

Next on 12 November, third-placed Tottenham will try to keep pace with the leaders when they host Liverpool while Leicester City will be at home to Arsenal.

Then it will be derby day on 19 November as Man United host Man City in the last match of the day. That will be preceded by Brighton v Arsenal.

NETBALL - Fast5 World Series, 11-12 November

The world’s six-most experienced FAST5 women’s teams, in New Zealand, Australia, England, Jamaica, South Africa and Malawi will be competing at the event.

Whilst for just the second time in FAST5 NWS history, FAST5 men’s teams from New Zealand, Australia and South Africa will play alongside the women’s event in their own competition.

South Africa will be seeking revenge against Australia who beat them in last year’s final.
