CR7 in blistering form as Real eye title

As insatiable and decisive as ever, Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo is heading into the final two games of the season (La Liga and Champions League final) on a sensational run of form.

The Portuguese forward has been crucial to Real as they sit just one point shy of being crowned La Liga champions and have already booked their place in the Champions League final.

At such a key stage of the season, with all to play for, he has scored 13 goals in his last eight appearances.

The fine run started just over a month ago in the Champions League quarterfinals. The Portuguese star decided a tough knock-out tie against Bayern with a double in the first leg and a hat-trick in the second.

Before the next round in Europe, he offered a crucial contribution in the key league clash with Valencia, scoring the game's first goal.

Next up it was the turn of Atlético in the Champions League semifinals.

Real's number seven helped the team seal a place in Cardiff with another fine hat-trick against rivals Atletico Madrid.

Carrying on the rich vein of form, he has also struck in the two most recent La Liga fixtures, netting doubles against both Sevilla and Celta.

Málaga and Juventus are next in the firing line, and Ronaldo shows no signs of letting up.
