Bafana sink Mali to clinch Nelson Mandela Challenge

Molefi Ntseki got his Bafana Bafana coaching tenure off to a flying start as his charges defeated Mali 2-1 in their friendly international to lift the Nelson Mandela Challenge title in Port Elizabeth.on Sunday.

A penalty from man of the match Dean Furman and a goal from Themba Zwane were enough to seal to title win for Bafana while Sekou Koita pulled one back for the Eagles.

This friendly came in handy for new coach Ntseki who is looking for combinations as Bafana prepare for their 2021 African Cup of Nations qualifiers against Ghana, which takes place in November.
