The King claims his crown



At the end it was not even close. The Heat was simply too much for the Thunder who were simply suffocated by a team with its eyes on a long elusive title.

Both Lebron James and Pat Riley have finally the monkeys off their back as their team cruised to a 121-102 point victory over the Oklahoma City Thunder in Game 5 of the NBA finals

King James was simply spectacular. His highness won his first Finals MVP award after scoring a rare triple-double in the final game. LeBron also scored a nice victory by winning the Finals MVP and MVP of the year awards in the same season.

Making up for last years NBA Finals lost to the Dallas Mavericks in six games LeBron managed to rack up scoring totals of 30 or more points in 13 of 23 games including two games against the Thunder. James also averaged 29 points in four Finals games

Adding to the Miami Heat’s victory was Chris Bosh who knocked down 24 points and Dwayne Wade who added 20 to the mix.

In what could be the final game of his career Mike Miller also came up big with 23 points includes 7 of 8 three-pointers. Point guard Mario Chalmers added 10 and Shane Battier threw down for 11.
