Huber, Raymond upset in third round doubles



Defending champions Liezel Huber and Lisa Raymond were upset 6-4, 2-6, 6-4 in the third round of women's doubles to Hsieh Su-wei and Anabel Medina Garrigues at the US Open on Sunday.

Brothers Christian and Ryan Harrison of the United States, making their Grand Slam debut together, advanced to the quarterfinals in men's doubles as wild cards. Christian, 18, and Ryan, 20, beat 14th-seeded British pair Colin Fleming and Ross Hutchins 6-3, 6-4.

Defending mixed doubles champs Melanie Oudin and Jack Sock lost in the second round. Sania Mirza and Colin Fleming beat the young Americans 6-4, 7-6 (7).
