Djokovic to play Kuerten in exhibition in Brazil

Novak Djokovic will play an exhibition match against retired champion Gustavo Kuerten in Brazil in November.

Djokovic will play the three-time French Open champ to help inaugurate a tennis court in Rocinha shantytown, one of Latin America's largest slums.

Djokovic will also play a football friendly before a Brazilian league match. He will join Serbian countryman Dejan Petkovic, who starred for several Brazilian clubs in the last decade.

Kuerten was No 1 in the world in 2000 and '01. He won the French Open in 1997, 2000 and '01. The 36-year-old Brazilian was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame in July.

Kuerten is also expected to play Roger Federer in an exhibition in December.
