Rugby World Cup send-off

As South Africans took to the streets in Sandton to officially send the Springboks off to the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, SuperSport.com offered fans outside Gauteng the opportunity to be part of the parade by covering the farewell.

Fans were invited to send us their own fan pics and videos via email at superfan@supersport.com or our easy upload system.

Our own SuperSport.com team's coverage included live streaming of the TV broadcast, video updates and photo galleries throughout the afternoon. Fans also joined us on Facebook and Twitter to share their views.
