World football derby spectacle

Throughout October, football’s ancient rivalries will be rekindled, with SuperSport broadcasting a number of the major international football derbies such as El Clasico (Barcelona versus Real Madrid), Derby della Madonnina (Inter versus Milan), the Revierdeby (Borussia Dortmund versus Schalke) and the Merseyside derby (Liverpool versus Everton).

The rich history of the El Clasico and Derby della Madonnina match-ups, which include a combined 22 Champions League titles, make them arguably the biggest matches out of these fiercely contested derbies.

On Sunday, the world will get to see both on the same day as Barcelona seek to extend their advantage over Real Madrid in La Liga to 11 points while both Milan and Inter look to close what is a widening gap between them and runaway Serie A leaders Juventus.

Both matches will be broadcast live on SuperSport and in HD.
