Golden farewell
Michael Phelps ended his career with another gold medal as America won the men's 4x100m medley final. Phelps leaves the Olympics with a record 18 golds and 22 medals overall. He won four gold and two silver medals in London. Phelps was presented with a lifetime achievement award on Saturday.
