The 2012 London Olympic Games may have come and gone before you could say the Royal Artillery Barracks, but there's no doubt it left us with memories that will last a lifetime.
From the world superstars of Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt, to the hometown thrillers of Jessica Ennis and Mo Farah, and on to our African kings such as Chad le Clos, Cameron van der Burgh and David Rudisha, it was a fortnight of pure adrenalin, jubilation and despair.
While almost impossible to try and summarise and make sense of the entire melting pot, we've put together our Top 30 video memories of the Games, something that we can look back on in the months and years to come and remind ourselves what a rollercoaster of a ride it was.
There is obviously a bit of South African bias, and it is strongly weighted towards swimming and athletics as that is where the major focus lies (and the video clips are easy to cut for those!), but we hope they stir up those emotions for you again too as SA reflects on its most successful Olympic Games since re-admission, and looks ahead to Rio 2016.
