Frenchman Sebastien Loeb won two of the first three special stages on the final day of the Rally of Great Britain in Cardiff on Sunday to steal into second place.

Eight-time world champion Loeb began the day 6.4sec behind Norway's Petter Solberg in third place but closed the gap by five seconds in the 14th stage before moving ahead of the Ford driver after claiming victory in stage 15.
Loeb then finished ahead of Solberg on stage 16, the final stage of the morning, to give him a 2.9sec advantage over the Norwegian ahead of Sunday afternoon's three final stages.
