Pornanong wins Brazil Cup by four strokes
Pornanong Phatlum of Thailand shot a 6-under 67 on Sunday to win the Brazil Cup by four strokes from Amy Hung of Taiwan.
Pornanong holed five of her six birdies on the front nine to finish at 13 under in the LPGA tournament at Itanhanga Golf Club.
Hung made nine birdies and a bogey to hit a 65, the lowest round of the day.
Paula Creamer eagled the par-5 ninth hole, but had two bogeys on the back nine to shoot a 69 for a share of third place at 8 under.
Karine Icher of France entered the final round tied for the lead with Pornanong, but scored even par to finish tied for fourth.
