Coach Pasuwa thanks players

Dynamos coach Callisto Pasuwa won a league and cup double twice a row and in the process made history in the Zimbabwe PSL as the first coach to do that.

To add to those achievements, on Friday night he was crowned the PSL 2012 Coach of the Year beating the likes of late Adam Ndlovu (Chicken Inn) and Kelvin Kaindu (Highlanders) to the accolade.

After the awards, he told Supersport.com that he would not have done it if it was not for his players.

He said that the players, the management and the sponsors made it happen for the team over the past two seasons.

“I am grateful for the award. I am so thankful to my players who did the job on the field of play,” he said.

“The management was with the team throughout the season and the sponsors as well has helped us a lot this season. I am also thankful to the other coaches who did very well with their respective teams. We are all winners in this game,” the former Dynamos midfielder said.
