Mutuma on cloud nine after goals

Dynamos hero Rodrick Mutuma who was named man of the match in the Mbada Diamonds Cup final was over the moon after scoring a brace and propel them to the title.

Mutuma had been a fringe player throughout the season but stepped up to produce a virtuoso performance that saw him score two beautiful goals that ensured his team went home with the coveted trophy and cash prizes.

"I want to thank God for today's victory and for my wonderful performance as my goals ensured my team won the title. It has been a hard season for me personally as I was rarely used but today I feel glad for the team and myself as it was a sweet victory that will remained etched in my mind."

"The team has been working hard collectively and the results were evident at the last whistle having received good coaching from our coach Callisto Pasuwa," Mutuma told supersport.com.

Mutuma also scored the lone goal in last year's Mbada Diamonds Cup final.
