Zambian clubs warm up for Africa tourneys



Zambia’s envoys in this year’s Africa club football competitions, Zanaco and Power Dynamos stepped up their preparations with international friendly matches against FC Platinum and Don Bosco on Saturday respectively.

Champions League envoys Zanaco lost 1 – 3 to Zimbabwe’s FC Platinum while Power Dynamos came from behind to draw 1-1 against Lubumbashi based Don Bosco.

Zanaco played the match as part of preparations for the match against Mbabane Swallows in the preliminary round of the Champions League.

Power Dynamos are preparing to play Angola’s Recreativo da Caala in the Confederation Cup preliminary round.
