Adraa lands new Cranes role

Former Uganda and Fire Masters coach Leo Adraa is the new Cranes psychologist, Fufa have announced.

Adraa, also former national under U23 coach, replaces the late David Otti, who held the position until his passing on last year.

“Since David Otti died we have not had somebody to take over,” said Rogers Mulindwa, the Fufa publicist, while addressing the media in Kampala on Wednesday.

“So we had to sit, look around within the coaches and agreed on Adraa as the best choice.” Adraa, 60, is also the current director of football at Fire Masters.

As a player, the former Ugandan international was one of the most disciplined, humble and committed to the game.
