Henry 'will be in Champs League squad’
Thierry Henry will be part of Arsene Wenger’s Champions League squad for Arsenal’s last-16 tie against AC Milan next month, the manager confirmed on the club's website.
Henry scored 42 goals in Europe in his first spell with the Club and will now be involved again after completing his short-term loan deal on Friday.
Wenger confirmed that the record goalscorer will be eligible to play in the competition this season.
“Yes, he will be [in the squad],” said the Frenchman. “I have given Vito Mannone out on loan to Hull and Thierry will take his place.
“He has good memories of playing in Milan, where he scored three goals against Inter Milan. It is logical [to include him].”
