Ngassa joins Al-Merreikh



Taifa Stars and Azam midfielder Mrisho Ngassa has joined Sudanese side Al-Merreikh for a fee of $75,000 after both parties reached to an Agreement on Wednesday in Dar es Salaam.

The 23-year-old winger who has spent this season on loan with Tanzanian Champions Simba has signed a two-year deal with the 18-times Sudanese Champions and he will earn $4000 per month.

Ngassa is currently participating in the ongoing Cecafa Tusker Cup in Uganda where he's among the top scorers in the tournament with 5 goals along-side his team-mate John Bocco.

Kilimanjaro Stars (Tanzania main-land) will play against hosts Uganda in the semifinals on Thursday, where else Zanzibar heroes will play against Kenya's Harambee Stars.
