Mrisho Ngassa @ SS com

Ngassa atimiza ndoto ya kurejea Yanga



Kiungo wa kati machachari, Mrisho Ngassa amejiunga tena na mabingwa wa Vodacom Tanzania Ligi Kuu Bara, Yanga.

Ngassa, ambaye alichezea watani wao Simba Jumamosi ambako alikuwa amesajiliwa kwa mkopo kutoka Azam, aliziduliwa tena kama mchezaji wa kijani na njano katika Mtaa wa Jangwani, Dar-es-Salaam.

Akizungumuza na waandishi wa habari, Ngassa ambaye nia yake kurejea Yanga ilikumbwa na tetesi kali za ulaghai, alisema kwamba ako huru kuchezea kilabu chochote kwani kandarasi yake na Azam imetamatika.

“Sikujiunga na Simba kwa mkataba wa kudumu. Hilo ni jambo ningelipenda kusisitiza kwani wengi wanadhani kinyume. Nikon a uhuru wa kujiunga na kilabu chagu cha zamani,” aliongezea.

Nyota huyo aliyekuwa akichezea Kagera Sugar, aliweka rekodi ya kuwa mchezaji wa ghali zaidi katika historia ya Ligi Kuu Bara Tanzania alipojiunga na wakwasi Azam kutoka Yanga.

Mnano mwaka wa 2009, alialikwa kufanya majaribio ya wiki mbili na kilabu cha Ligi Kuu Uingereza, West Ham, na angalifaulu Ngassa angekuwa mchezaji wa kwanza Mtanzania kucheza katika moja wepo ya ligi za juu duniani.

Baada ya kuangaza Kombe la Taifa Bingwa Afrika Mashariki (CECAFA Cup) Kampala mwaka jana, kulikuwa na uvumi angelijiunga na El Merreikh ya Sudan lakini mazungumuzo yakaporomoka.

Kurejea kwake mwana mpotevu ni thihirisho kwamba wana kijani na njano wamenoa makali kutetea taji lao la Ligi Kuu Bara na kutamba katika Kombe la Kagame linalojumuisha vilabu kuu eneo hili ambalo linaaza Khartoum.

Ngassa amenyakuwa Ligi mara mbili sawia na kushinda Kombe la Cecafa.
