Villa back in Barca friendly win
Barcelona and Spain striker David Villa returned to action on Saturday as he appeared briefly in a 2-0 friendly success for the Catalans over Dinamo Bucharest in Romania.
Villa, the Spanish national team's all-time leading goalscorer, fractured his tibia in the semifinals of the Club World Cup in Japan in December last year, missing the second half of the season and Spain's triumphant Euro 2012 campaign as a result.
He played for 18 minutes of a win secured with goals from Argentine star Lionel Messi and Dutch flier Ibrahim Affelay.
The Spanish league season begins next weekend, with Barcelona kicking off with a home fixture against Real Sociedad.
