Hat-trick hero leads The Predictor's XI

It will be impossible not to give Sunshine Stars' hat-trick hero, Dele Olorundare against Nasarawa United on Thursday a mention in my team for Matchday 16 in the Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL).

Olorundare, who some fans nicknamed Buffalo for his physique and power-playing style, netted a second half treble.

For me, he was by far the best marksman on the day and is now leading scorer in the PFL on nine goals.

The striking pair of Peter Ebimobowei and 3SC's Taofeek Adepoju join Olorundare in my three-man forward.

Dolphins goalkeeper, Austin Brown, put up a fine performance at Lobi Stars in spite of his side's 0-1 loss following Terkaa Melai converting from the spot kick in added time.

The former Heartland custodian edged Bayelsa United goalkeeper, Gideon Gambo, who also had a good outing against Kaduna United and kept a clean sheet.

In the back four of my 4-3-3 formation, I have gone for Promise James, Okechukwu Odita, Murtala Adamu and Mutiu Adegoke.

Adamu is the surprise inclusion in my matchday team. The Kano Pillars centre-back stood in for Umar Zango and combined well with Ado Ali to keep off Gombe United's strikers.

In midfield, the trio of Ichull Lordson, Azubuike Okechukwu and Paul Onobi caught my attention with their mind-blowing display in the outgone matchday. So they slot into my midfield.

And my coach for the week is Kabiru Sulaiman Dogo of ABS. Last season, he guided his side to beat Enyimba 3-0 in Ilorin and this season he showed that the feat was no fluke and repeated it again.

The Predictor's XI - Matchday 16

Coach: Kabiru Sulaiman Dogo (ABS)
