Trio shine Nigeria’s torch abroad
Youngsters, Uche Nwofor, Ezekiel Imoh and Odion Ighalo were the heroes for Nigeria as they all scored for their respective clubs in Europe at the weekend.
Nwofor was the first to get off the mark on a fruitful weekend for Nigerians abroad as he helped VVV-Venlo win on the road in the Dutch Eredivisie.
Imoh is proving himself to be perhaps Nigeria’s best export this season as he scored his 13th goal of the campaign for Standard Liege in the Jupiler League.
Former Under-23 forward, Ighalo proved his love for the big stage as he scored for Granada against FC Barcelona’s superstars in La Liga.
Nigerians again continued to prove their mettle in the big leagues across Europe as supersport.com now rounds up all the action.
