Queens Park Rangers have become the latest English club to line up West Bromwich Albion striker, Peter Osaze Odemwingie for signing.
According to reports in England, QPR lodged an enquiry for the Nigerian forward with Albion on Friday.
It is said that QPR manager, Harry Redknapp is keen on bolstering his striking options in this winter transfer window.
The ex-Tottenham Hotspur manager since joining QPR in November has had to rely only on Djibril Cisse with the duo of Andrew Johnson and Bobby Zamorano still out injured.
QPR could land the 31-year-old Nigerian for a transfer of around £3 million if West Brom are willing to do business for the striker.
Newcastle United have also been linked with Odemwingie after their one of their Senegalese strikers, Demba Ba, joined European champions, Chelsea this month.
Odemwingie has made 17 appearances for West Brom this term and scored four goals so far.
The former Bendel Insurance striker joined Albion from Lokomotiv Moscow on a £2 million deal in August 2010.
