Samir Adly of the EFA's technical staff informed supersport that the proposed clash in Alexandria is now off and Nigeria has been replaced with Cameroon.
Fecafoot he informed us has since inked the deal with the same terms.
Adly said "Nigeria refused the offer from the game sponsors without giving any good reasons and the EFA has to respect that".
Both teams had met earlier in a spirited clash featuring mostly domestic players. The North Africans won that game 3-2.This match would have been different at least for the Egyptians who invited all their foreign based players.
