Former Nigerian International, Ademola Adesina, remains confident
that his club, Prime, will continue their Cinderella run in the 2012
Federation Cup.
Prime tutored by the former Nigerian defender have torn the record
books in the competition to emerge as the surprise package of the 2012
edition.
Top flight teams like Wikki Tourists, Enugu Rangers and Enyimba
(all former champions) got more than what they bargained for against
the outsiders.
Adesina insists the club is yet to lose its potency.
“Our target is the final and no team can stop us.
“Heartland will not be different from Wikki, Rangers, Sharks and
Enyimba. We’re in form and the players know they can overcome
Heartland,” Adesina told SuperSport.com.
The former Belgium based defender attributed the success of his
team to hard work and continuity having spent three seasons with the
former Premier League side.
