NFD fIxtures suspended



The Premier Soccer League announced that the National First Division fixtures have been suspended until 11 December to accommodate the Baby Bafana's Olympic qualifying campaign.

The team left on Wednesday night for Morocco where they will meet seven other African counterparts.

South Africa has been drawn in a group comprising Gabon, Ivory Coast and Egypt.

The Shakes Mashaba-led side open their campaign with a match against Gabon on Saturday.

In the event the team does not qualify for the next round, the team will come back earlier than 10 December and the fixtures scheduled for 9 to 11 December will be re-instated.
