Gor Mahia striker Dan Sserunkuma is elated after receiving a call up to play for Uganda Cranes in an international friendly against Rwanda next week.
Sserunkuma who seems to have made up his mind to play for Uganda despite having earlier stated his wish to play for Kenya said he was happy and will honour the call up by Scottish coach Bobby Williamson.
"I am happy to have received the call up to play for Cranes against Rwanda and I will definately honour it. A player gets motivation when a coach shows faith and confidence and I feel Williamson has shown this to me."
"I will travel to Uganda after playing for my team Gor Mahia in Saturday's Charity Cup which is important," Sserunkuma told supersport.com.
