Imonje lines up Oserian signings

Muhoroni Youth coach Alfred Imonje hopes to bolster his team with a couple of high profile signings before the end of the week as he also continues to conduct trials using friendly matches.

Relegated Oserian skipper Frankline Osama and his colleague Victor Milimu are already at the sugarbelt side hoping to put pen to paper while Imonje is also targeting former Gor Mahia striker Baldwin Ngwa.

"I want to get a strong team before the season starts and am happy I already have Frankline Osama and Victor Milimu who are with me. I was disappointed I missed John Kio who moved to Sony Sugar but am also looking to bring Baldwin Ngwa onboard as we want to be sure of a formidable team next season," Imonje told supersport.com.

Muhoroni Youth survived relegation by a whisker finishing 14th on the log with 29 points.

Meanwhile Muhoroni Youth assistant coach Sylvester Odhiambo who passed on two weeks ago after illness will be buried on Saturday at his Siaya home.
