Defending Tusker Premier league champions Tusker have laid down an ambitious plan to acquire top players to help boost their prospects in the 2013 season.
Sources intimated to supersport.com that all modalities are in place and they awaiting the league to come to an end before acquiring a quartet of players when the transfer window opens.
The source also added that they had fruitful talks with the players who were more than willing to join them.
Among the players lined up include Enock Agwanda of Sony Sugar, Wesley Kemboi of Western Stima Sofapaka duo of Humphrey Mieno and Osborne Monday.
"We have an ambitious plan to get the best players in the league and we are happy everything is going as planned as we have talked to them. The deals are under wraps since we do not want to be accused of tapping the players," the source who sort anonymity told supersport.com.
"Among players to join us will be Agwanda, Kemboi, Mieno and Monday," he added.
Tusker are the current league leaders with 51 points and are seeking to defend the title they won last season.
