Sofapaka coach Salim Ali is optimistic that his team will get back to winning ways when they clash with Muhoroni Youth in a Kenyan Premier League match on Friday live on SuperSport 9East.
The 2009 champions began their second round fixtures with a 1-0 loss to AFC Leopards last Wednesday.
Ali believes that consistency and commitment from his players will ensure they grab all the three points from a Muhoroni Youth side that has lost its last five matches.
"The loss against AFC Leopards jolted us back to reality and since that time we have changed strategy and the players have been training hard collectively. We are gaining match fitness game by game and even though I know Muhoroni Youth are not underdogs, we still have to work hard and get all the three points to ensure our title challenge continues positively."
"We have a different game plan going into the match but nothing will change as the players will be the same as they are all fired up," Salim Ali told SuperSport.com.
Sofapaka are currently second in the log table with 32 points three points behind league leaders Tusker who have got 35 points.
