KCB sign Rangers duo

After adding former Gor Mahia player Dan Makori in their squad KCB have now signed Rangers duo of Edwin Mwaura and Benedict Owuor to their roster ahead of the start of the second round.

Team manager Joseph Okal says they are looking to add depth in both midfield and defence as they prepare for the second leg.

Mwaura was a key player at Rangers but the teams financial constraints ensured he had to make a move to the bankers.

"We are happy to have both Mwaura and Owuor in the team and we hope they will add the more needed quality in the second round which is usually difficult. We have finalised all modalities with them only awaiting the matches to start," Okal told SuperSport.com.

Okal was full of praise for the team's striker Mungai Kiogera who has committed himself to the team despite being linked with a host of teams.
