Mugubi focuses on Sparrow Hawks

Harambee Stars and Celtics international midfilder Victor Mugubi Wanyama has put his focus ahead of the Togo clash on Sunday despite the high demand for his signature with Chelsea entering the fray which has sign Swansea,Liverpool and QPR bid for him.

The talented midfilder could not be drawn to the transfer speculation as he remained tight lipped with his manager Ivan Modia possibly discussing the bids.

Mugubi has reiterated that they are focussed to get all three points from Togo but on the same breath acknowledged it would be a tough game.

"My concentration now is on Harambee Stars and we have to focus as a team as we have a tough game against Togo.At this point i dont have any comment on the many bids since i am looking forward to helping my Team Kenya against Togo on Sunday"Mugubi told SuperSport.com

Mugubi has been in impressive form for both club and country as he helped Celtic to the Scottish premier league victory over arch rivals Rangers.

His star has been rising from the days he moved to Helsinborg in Finland playing in the same team as his brother Macdonald Mariga before moving to Belgium where he joined Germinal Beerschot.
