Kenyan Premier League(KPL) side KCB has axed four players from their roster.
Defenders Herbert Okoth and Emmanuel Olupot, strikers Leonard Ochieng and Eric Okoth were released as the club looks to beef up its squad.
Team manager Joseph Okal said that they were looking for players to replace the quartet in the June transfer window that opens this week.
"The technical bench decided to drop the four players because some of them had not played in the entire first round. We therefore decided to let them go so that we can get better players for the positions and boost our squad," Okal told SuperSport.com.
Former Gor Mahia winger Dan Makori has already undergone trials at the club and is expected to join the bankers in a few days.
KCB finished the first round of matches tenth on the log with 18 points.
