STAR MATCH: Tusker vs Rangers (Nyayo Stadium)
League leaders Tusker will look to consolidate their lead atop the standings when they take on surprise package Rangers FC.
The brewers were lethargic against Karuturi Sports last weekend and are struggling in the absence of top scorer George Midenyo who is struggling with injury.
They face a Rangers side that continues to confound friend and foe with their consistent performances. The team seems to relish battles against the top sides and showed in their 1-1 draw against Ulinzi that they mean business.
Joseph Nyaga, Oscar Olwith, Edward Kauka and Edwin Mwaura will lead from the front while skipper Pascal Ochieng should hold fort at the back.
Our Prediction: 2-1
Mathare vs KCB (Nyayo Stadium)
Second placed KCB will hope to overcome a Mathare side that has been blowing hot and cold this season. Coach Leonard Saleh will call on his top marksman Clifford Alwanga to provide him with ammunition upfront with Mzitto Oyando, Hussein Puzzo and Luke Ochieng also doing duty.
The slum boys need to get back to winning ways after back to back draws and coach Salim Ali will hope they can steal a win from the bankers.

Gor Mahia was lucky to escape with a draw away to Congo United face another coastal side in Bandari FC. Fans were calling for coach Zedekiah “Zico” Otieno’s head after the draw in Mombasa and he will look to get all three points and silence his critics.
Striker Ezekiel Odera broke his goalscoring duck and he will hope to build on from here in conduit with Edwin Lavatsa.
On the other hand Bandari who are second from bottom are under intense pressure to halt a four match losing streak and add onto their two wins this season.
Our prediction: 3-1

Sony Sugar vs Ulinzi Stars (Awendo)
Sony bounced back to winning ways last weekend beating Western Stima after a week of turmoil but they face a stern test when they take on a resurgent Ulinzi side.
Coach Francis Baraza will bank on youngster Joshua Oyoo to provide the goals ably assisted by Steve Biko. Ulinzi is struggling to cope with injuries and Coach Benjamin Nyangweso hopes to have some of them recovered for the clash. Stephen Waruru, Mike Baraza and Allan Muhati will be called upon to get the goals for the soldiers.
Our Prediction: 1-1
Chemelil vs Western Stima (Chemelil)
Still without a coach, Chemelil face a wounded Western Stima side that has lost two matches in a row and coach Henry Omino will want to his charges to get back to winning ways.
With the absence of their top marksman Francis Chinjili, Omino will depend on his super subs Fred Nyarombo and Ali Bai to get three points while Chemelil will hope for a first win in four weeks.
Our Prediction: 1-2
Congo United vs City Stars (Mombasa)
Dubbed the clash of giant killers, Congo United against City Stars is set to provide excitement with both teams having pulled off impressive results against the so called big teams.
Under new coach Gilbert Selebwa, Congo United have picked four points out of the last six beating AFC leopards and drawing with Gor Mahia while City Stars’ two wins this season have come against Gor Mahia and Sofapaka!
Should be a thriller as City Stars look to avoid a repeat of the 4-1 thrashing Bandari the last time they played in Mombasa.
Our Prediction: 2-1
AFC Leopards vs Thika United (Mumias live on SuperSport 9)
AFC Leopards new coach Nick Yakhama got a dream debut over the weekend getting an important win against Bandari. He faces a young but talented Thika side in Leopards’ second home in Mumias with the milk boys looking for a first win in five matches against Ingwe.
Thika have been in very impressive form this season with Peter Opiyo in fine form which has contributed to their solid start this term.
Our Prediction: 1-1
