Hamsik doubt for Napoli as Inter await
Influential Napoli midfielder Marek Hamsik remains a doubt for the visit to Inter Milan on Sunday due to flu-like symptoms, the Serie A side said.
Hamsik, who has scored seven goals in 15 games, and provided numerous assists to top scorer Edinson Cavani (10 goals), skipped training on Friday.
Napoli are hoping the Slovakian recovers over Saturday and into Sunday for a match which they must win if they are to remain only two points behind leaders and champions Juventus.
A win for Inter would help the Nerazzurri replace Napoli in second.
Juventus are expected to take all three points on their away trip to Palermo, when coach Antonio Conte will return to the touchline after a lengthy ban.
