Osvaldo, De Rossi concern for Roma
Roma's hopes of fielding a full strength team for their Serie A fixture at home to Palermo have been hit after Zdenek Zeman's side racked up more casualties on Friday.
Daniele De Rossi finished the first of two scheduled training sessions early Friday with a right ankle problem while striker Pablo Osvaldo also pulled out early owing to a swollen ankle, according to club officials.
It is not yet known whether either will be fit for Sunday's late match against Palermo at the Olympic stadium.
Palermo, who held AC Milan to a 2-2 draw in Sicily last weekend, visit the capital hoping to take advantage of a team whose fortunes have been up and down in equal measure.
Roma have suffered two consecutive 3-2 defeats, to Udinese then Parma, having taken an early lead in both games. The Giallorossi are now seventh, 14 points adrift of Juve and for many their defence is to blame.
Palermo sit just above the relegation zone, fourth from bottom on just eight points from 10 games.
While Roma, along with Juventus, have scored a league-topping 22 goals, they have conceded the most goals, at 19.
