Tasty treats for Ghana's Euro squad

Uefa has drawn sixteen teams for the next round of Champions League games, and the Ghanaian players involved have had some good games.

From Sulley Muntari and Michael Essien to Kwadwo Asamoah and Christian Atsu, the draw in Nyon on Thursday saw the best in Europe come against each other.

Real Madrid got a heart-stopping fixture with Manchester United, that should see Michael Essien involved. The player suffered an injury recently, but is expected to be part of Jose Mourinho's army that faces the legendary Sir Alex Ferguson.

Over in Italy, Juventus’ Kwadwo Asamoah got a decent draw as the Old Lady faces the surprise of the tournament so far, Celtic. FC Porto, where Christian Atsu plays, will fancy their chances against an explosive Malaga.

The two Ghanaians in Milan, Sulley Muntari and Kevin-Prince Boateng, will have a hugely entertaining two-legged affair against the might of Barcelona. Muntari will be raring to go in this one, especially as he was not part of the Rossoneri side that qualified for this stage due to injury.
