Pastore admits to designs on Italy

Paris Saint Germain's Argentine midfielder Javier Pastore has told an Italian magazine he would like to play for AC Milan some day, it emerged on Tuesday, as he admitted to missing Serie A.

"Sooner or later I would like to wear the red and black of AC Milan, -I'm sure about that," Pastore said in an interview with Chi magazine for publication Wednesday in which he revealed he did not feel comfortable in Paris.

In France "I have everyone's confidence, the chairman to the coach - but there's something not quite right," said the Argentine, who has blown hot and cold at the Parc des Princes since his 43 million euros move from Palermo in 2011.

Pastore, in his second season with PSG and looking to lead the Qatari-bankrolled club to a first league title since 1994, says given his "splendid rapport" with AC Milan director general Adriano Galliani and likewise with sporting director Ariedo Braida he would love to head back to Serie A.

"I often eat with them far from prying eyes when I am in Milan and we talk - and I like Italy. I miss your country," Pastore revealed.

But first he insisted that he first wants "to win something with PSG -then I'll be on my way."

Pastore also praised Manchester City's Italy international striker Mario Balotelli, rumoured to be on his way from the Premier League champions after a fine handed down for repeated disciplinary problems - but admitted he could find playing on the same team difficult.

"Mario is super strong - we shot an advert together and he is really nice. But he gets into too much crazy stuff on the pitch so forget it."

Regarding his feelings on France, Pastore said: "The media are hostile towards foreigners especially - they always blame us" for poor results.

"They tend to defend their compatriots. The French media back French players," he asserted.

"In Italy it's different - there are people who help you," Pastore indicated.

Pastore also said Inter Milan could be an eventual destination, given his friendship with Javier Zanetti and Esteban Cambiasso.

"They call me from time to time and say - when are you coming to Inter?'"

"But I see black and red. Those are the colours of my car - I like (AC) Milan too much," said Pastore.
