Diallo joins Rennes from promoted Bastia
Bastia midfielder Sadio Diallo is leaving the newly-promoted Ligue 1 side for rivals Rennes, the Brittany club confirmed on Tuesday.
"Rennes is a high level outfit, I'm happy to be joining such a club," said Diallo, who has signed a four-year deal. "I could have tasted Ligue 1 with Bastia but I think I can see higher with Rennes."
Corsican side Bastia were Ligue 2 champions last season.
