Zamalek narrow down choice for coach



Zamalek has started search for new coach to led the team in the group stage of the African Champions League supersport has been informed.

Sources revealed that agents put forward names of assorted coaches for the club board to chose from and that Saint George coach Michael Kruger and former Ismaily coach Heron Ricardo are at the top of the list.

" I suggested two names to Zamalek officials and they said that they will reply and give me the name of the successful coach next week" agent Ahmed Abbas said to supersport.com.

Zamalek's coach Jorvan Vieira announced earlier that he will leave the team after the end of the Egyptian season and he will not lead them in the group stage of African Champions League due to personal reasons.

Zamalek’s list also has many local names like current Makasa coach Tarek Yehia who assured that he would welcome going back to his former club as head coach.
