Zamalek deny interest in Amr Zaki



Zamalek Board Member Medhat Bahgt has denied their interest in the services of the towering attacker Amr Zaki.

< p>Zaki had revealed that Zamalek talked with him to rejoin the team during the next transfer window.

< p>" Amr Zaki is a very good player but right now we are not interested in him though that is not to say our needs might change." Medhat Bahgt said supersport.com.

< p>Amr Zaki left Zamalek last winter after he signed for the Turkish side Elazigspor which eventually dropped him. He then moved to Egyptian side Enppi but was dropped as well after problems with his coach Tarek El Ashry.

< p>The Player who was born in 1983 had the best period of his career in 2008 when he played for the English side Wigan Athletic and scored 11 goals in the English Premier league.

< p> Zaki led the Egyptian National team to win with three AFCON titles in 2006 , 2008 and 2010.
