Zamalek to play Gazelle with no fans

Zamalek has announced that their match against Gazelle of Chad in the African Champions League will be in Alexandria .

The Egyptian Forces in Alexandria had refused earlier to secure the matches of Al Ahly and Zamalek in the African Champions League.

Zamalek director Alaa Mekled revealed to supersport.com that the security forces of Alexandria have now accepted to secure the match that will be at Borg Al Arab Stadium.

” I talked with the Alexandria security officials and they assured us that they will secure that match for Zamalek but without fans” Alaa said.

”We will talk with them to allow some of our fans to attend the clash as we wqill need their support at that match”.

”We have already printed 35.000 tickets for the game and we hope the security forces will let them attend the match” Alaa ended.
