Zamalek signs Ahmed Eid



Zamalek has signed Haras El Hedod key player Ahmed Eid for a two -and-a-half year deal that will start this season supersport has been informed.

Team board member Amr Al Ganayni confirmed this to supersport.cpm and said “ we closed the deal after Haras El Hedod gave us formal approval ”.

” Our coach Jorvan Vieira asked the board to sign himas he is one of the best players in the Egyptian League at the last three seasons , he will start training with the entire team this week” Al Ganayni added.

“ This is the first deal for us in this transfer window and we still want some more players . The team still need a foreigner attacker , the head coach has video clips of many players and he will decide then when we will start negotiations”.

Eid who was born in 1980 and started his career at Zamalek before leaving them in 2002 to Aswan.

Eid helped the Egyptian National team to win AFCON in 2008 in Ghana and in 2010 in Angola.
