Red Devils, White Knights seeded top in new league



The Egyptian teams representatives have accepted to play the new league with two groups after suggestions from the Egyptian Football Association board.

As reported here the Egyptian Ministry of Interior accepted to secure the league after meeting with the Minister of Sports Al Amri Farouk and EFA president Gamal Allam last week.

The league draw held Tuesday at the EFA Headquarters in front of 18 of the teams representatives drew Al Ahly to head of Group A along with ENPPI ,Wadi Degla, Smouha ,Misr Lel Makasa ,Al Gounah,Al Ittihad ,Al Shorta and Al Entag Al Harby.

Group B will include Zamalek , Petrojet ,Ismaily ,Ghazl El Mehalla , Telephonaat Beni Suef FC , El Geish ,Haras El Hodood , Arab contractors , and El Daklyeh.

The league will finally start on February 2 and will hold on the pitches of the Ministry of Defense after the EFA had formal approval last week.
