Napoli distance themselves from Shikabala

Napoli has distanced themselves from an announcement by Zamalek claiming they had struck a deal for their dog housed star Shikabala.

Napoli director Ricardo Pigeon told the Italian media that they did not want the services of Shikabala and that they hardly even know him.

SuperSport.com asked a Zamalek board member who refused to give his name about the confusion and he said " one of that players agents told us about the deal and we gave him our approval. We then waited for the official letter but that never arrived even after a 48 hour extension"

" But when they did not send anything we knew that it was all a fake story" he added sadly.

Now both Zamalek , Shikabala and Shehata are back to square one.
