Zambia nomeia a equipa final



O treinador dos Campeões de África, Herve Renard já escolheu os 23 jogadores que vão compor a sua equipa nacional que vai defender o título que a Zâmbia ostenta com todo o orgulho e que foi conquistado em Fevereiro de 2012.

Renard deixou de fora Chintu Kampamba, Salulani Phiri e Shadreck Malambo da lista submetida à Confederação Africana de Futebol.

Na segunda-feira o guarda-redes Danny Munyau substituíu Kalililo Kakonje na equipa depois deste se ter lesionado durante o treino.

Renard implementou sessões de treino intensivo aos Chipolopolo e teve também a oportunidade de organizar encontros internacionais amigáveis contra a Tanzânia, Angola e Marrocos para seleccionar os 23 elementos.

A 12 de Janeiro o Treinador Africano do Ano terá a oportunidade de analisar a equipa mais uma vez num encontro internacional frente à Noruega no Levy Mwanawasa Stadium in Ndola.

A Zâmbia faz o seu jogo de estreia para a defesa do título frente à Etiópia a 21de Janeiro, antes de defrontar a Nigéria a 25 e Burkina Faso a 29 no Mbombela Stadium em Nelspruit.
