Al Ahly ready for Coffee date

Egyptian giants Al Ahly have been boosted by the return of key players ahead of their clash against Coffee of Ethiopia in the return leg of the second round of this year’s Caf Champions League.

Several key players like Mohammed Barakat and Waleed Soliman who missed the first leg due to injury are back and will feature in Sunday’s clash.

“Barakat and Waleed did well in training today and they have made complete recovery from their injures,” team doctor Ihab Ali told SuperSport.com.

"Mohammed Nagy "Gedo" has recovered from a foot injury and will be ready for the next match," Ali added.

Having been held to a barren draw in the first leg in Addis Ababa, The Egyptian side needs a win to progress to the next round and striker Fabio Junior has assured fans that he is ready for the clash.

"I want to make our fans happy and I will do my best to score," Fabio said adding, “We will try to score early because if we do that, it will make our mission easy.”
