Bafana drop eight spots in rankings



South Africa fell eight positions to 84th in the latest Fifa soccer world rankings released on Wednesday.

Bafana Bafana played two international friendly matches in October, losing 1-0 away to Poland and beating Kenya 2-1 in Nairobi.

They next play Zambia in the Nelson Mandela Challenge at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg on November 14.

Bafana Bafana are ranked 21st in Africa.
