Ndlovu fit and ready for Bafana

Striker Dino Ndlovu says he has fully recovered from a shoulder injury and is ready to turn out for Bafana Bafana in their friendly international against Poland in Warsaw on Friday.

Ndlovu, who disclocated his shoulder in his international debut against Brazil last month, said on Thursday he had brushed off the injury and was raring to go.

"It feels good to be back. My injury has healed and I have played some matches for my club and I feel great," Ndlovu said.

"I am looking forward to the clash against Poland which I believe will not be an easy match up." The 22-year-old forward, who plays for Israeli giants Maccabi Haifa, hoped to shine against Poland, who are ranked 22 places higher than the South Africans.

With the match expected to be played in cold conditions in the Polish capital, Ndlovu believed Bafana would have the upper hand over their hosts if they produced the same gutsy performance they did in their 1-0 defeat against the South Americans in Sao Paulo last month.

"I would have loved to do well against Brazil but my injury prevented me," he said.

"I believe if we use the same mentality that we had against Brazil we should be fine.

"The spirit is high which should perhaps work in our favour."

The SA Football Association confirmed that all 26 players were in camp on the eve of the match, after the arrival of England-based midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi.
