Rwandese national team coach Milutin Sredojevic ‘Micho’ is interested in becoming harambee Stars’ national team coach.
Supersport.com understands that Micho, Uganda’s Bobby Williamson and former Burundi coach Adel Amrouche are among interested individuals.
“I can confirm that Micho, Amrouche and Williamson have expressed their interest. They have applied for the job,” a source told supersport.com.
The former El Mereikh tactician 'Micho' was present at Nyayao Stadium when Kenya played Burundi in the CHAN qualifiers something that fuelled the speculation.
Also, Amrouche is in the country for possible negotiations with the federation.
Kenya was rendered coach-less after former French International Henri Michel quit after two games that saw him registering defeats against South Africa and Tanzania in friendly matches.
Previously, former Eagles coach Samson Siasia was also linked to the job.
Harambee Stars will leave for Libya on Saturday for a mid-week match with foreign based players, Victor Wanyama, Arnold Origi, Ayub Timbe and Dennis Oliech in action.
